Your home will be listed flat fee on to the same Multiple Listing Service that licensed real estate listing
brokers use. Instead of paying a real estate brokerage commission of 4-6%, you will pay a flat fee of
$249 to list the property and 2-3% of the final price once the sale is completed.
The Difference Between Listing Your Property Flat Fee By Owner And Listing It
With A Traditional Real Estate Broker:
If you sold a $500,000 home through a traditional broker you'd pay a commission of 4-6% or
$20,000-$30,000 upon the completion of the sale. Of this sum, half is the buying broker's commission
and half is the listing broker's commission.
